This towering cake has 4 layers; hazelnut, white, hazelnut and a shortbread cookie. We use real Bailey's Irish Cream for a smooth, subtle coffee taste. It is filled with mocha buttercream, chocolate nougat and seedless raspberry jam. This cake is covered in more mocha buttercream and finished off with chocolate coffee beans.
